These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Admitix ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the website admitix.in, its sub-domains (including prep.admitix.in), mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

If you are under the age of 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

Admitix is an AbroadAI-powered study abroad platform that provides the following services:

• College Finder: AbroadAI-driven university discovery and matching based on your academic profile, preferences, and goals.
• Scholarship Hub: A searchable database of scholarships for international students, including merit-based, need-based, government, and university-specific awards.
• Test Preparation: Practice tests, study materials, and performance analytics for standardized exams including GRE, GMAT, IELTS, TOEFL, SAT, and others.
• Visa Interview Preparation: AbroadAI-powered mock visa interviews and preparation resources.
• Education Loan Facilitation: Connecting users with partnered financial institutions for education loan inquiries and applications.
• Previous Admits: A database of previous university admission data to help users gauge their admission prospects.
• Blog: Educational articles and resources related to studying abroad.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time, with or without notice.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You must not share your password or allow others to access your account.
• You must immediately notify us at support@admitix.in if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, or remain inactive for an extended period.
• You may only maintain one account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or abuse the Platform is prohibited.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, other users' accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the Platform.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, performance, or availability of the Platform, including through denial-of-service attacks, malware, or automated scraping.
• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access, collect, or extract data from the Platform without our express written consent.
• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without our prior written permission.
• Submit false, misleading, or inaccurate information, including fake academic profiles or fabricated test scores.
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users of the Platform.
• Use the Platform to send unsolicited communications, spam, or promotional materials.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any part of the Platform.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the Platform.

Our Intellectual Property

The Platform and its entire contents, features, and functionality — including but not limited to all text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof — are the exclusive property of Admitix or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

The Admitix name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Admitix. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

User Content

By submitting content to the Platform (including profile information, test responses, and feedback), you grant Admitix a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Platform.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit any content you provide and that such content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party.

• All test preparation content (questions, passages, explanations, and study materials) is created by Admitix for educational purposes only. Our practice materials are original works and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sourced from ETS, GMAC, British Council, College Board, or any other test administration organization.
• Test scores and performance metrics on the Platform are indicative only and do not guarantee any specific score on actual standardized exams.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, share, screenshot, or otherwise copy test preparation content from the Platform. Each question and explanation is protected by copyright.
• AbroadAI-generated content (including explanations, model answers, and study recommendations) is provided as-is for educational reference. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy or completeness of AbroadAI-generated content.

Information about universities, scholarships, admission statistics, and programs displayed on the Platform is compiled from publicly available sources and our own research. While we strive for accuracy:

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any university, program, or scholarship information.
• Admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarship amounts, deadlines, and other details are subject to change by the respective institutions without notice to us.
• The Platform is not a substitute for official university websites, admissions offices, or scholarship bodies. You should always verify information directly with the relevant institution before making decisions.
• Past admission data (Previous Admits) reflects historical outcomes and does not guarantee or predict future admission decisions.

Admitix acts solely as a facilitator connecting users with third-party financial institutions for education loan inquiries.

• We are not a bank, financial institution, or licensed lender. We do not underwrite, approve, or disburse loans.
• Loan terms, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and approval decisions are determined solely by the partnered financial institution.
• We do not guarantee loan approval or any specific loan terms.
• By submitting a loan inquiry, you authorize us to share your information with our partnered financial institutions for the purpose of processing your inquiry.
• You should carefully review all loan terms and conditions provided by the financial institution before accepting any loan offer.

The Platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, services, or content, including university websites, scholarship portals, financial services, and social media platforms.

• We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, products, services, or practices.
• Your interactions with third-party services are governed by those third parties' own terms and privacy policies.
• We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of third-party services accessed through the Platform.

Certain features or services on the Platform may require payment or a subscription ("Paid Services").

• All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your full payment card information on our servers.
• Subscription plans auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to grant or deny refund requests at our sole discretion. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• We reserve the right to change pricing for Paid Services at any time. Price changes for existing subscriptions will take effect at the next billing cycle after notice is provided.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• Warranties that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any content, information, or recommendations provided through the Platform.

No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained from us or through the Platform shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ADMITIX, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
• Costs of procurement of substitute goods or services.
• Personal injury or property damage arising from your use of the Platform.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or transmissions.
• Any admission decisions, scholarship outcomes, visa results, or loan decisions influenced by information on the Platform.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Admitix, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your access to or use of the Platform.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property, privacy, or proprietary right.
• Any content you submit to the Platform.

• We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, at our sole discretion.
• You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@admitix.in or using the account settings feature.
• Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification) shall survive termination of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

Before filing any formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at support@admitix.in. We will try to resolve the dispute within 30 days of receiving your notice.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we may also notify you via email or a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Admitix regarding the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
• Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
• Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations where such failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, or internet outages.
